1. Delivery

1.1 Delivery method

All Koala Caddy orders are sent via Royal Mail 2nd Class or a similar standard UK postal service.

Delivery costs are included in the price of the product – there are no additional standard shipping charges at checkout.

1.2 Delivery area

We currently deliver to:

  • UK mainland addresses only

If you are based in:

  • Northern Ireland

  • Channel Islands

  • Isle of Man

  • Scottish Highlands & Islands

  • Or overseas

1.3 Dispatch times

We aim to process and dispatch orders as quickly as possible.

Most orders will be dispatched within a reasonable period after payment is received. During busy periods, bank holidays or exceptional circumstances, dispatch and delivery may take longer.

1.4 Delayed or missing deliveries

If your order has not arrived within a reasonable timeframe for 2nd class post:

  1. Please first check with neighbours or your local delivery office.

  2. If the parcel is still missing, contact us with your order details so we can investigate with the carrier.

We may ask you to confirm non-receipt in writing before we re-send or refund an order.
